Solar Energy

Tiber seeks new opportunities for solar development in target markets and provides support in design, financing, building and operations.

We also provide engineering and consultancy services in the areas of solar energy, assisting clients in assessing their energy needs, the potential of their facility to install a solar panel system, the financial aspects of this decision: buy, lease or just pay for the energy at an equal or better rate, the installation and the O&M phases.

Energy Optimization

Building Energy Optimization platforms include software and hardware that, applied to your existing systems, or included in a new project, will constantly monitor, analyze and critically review your energy data and consumption. This process yelds powerful operational insights into a company’s energy consumption giving control to decision makers and increase the strategic advantage of your company over its competitors.

Tiber works with its clients to study and implement BEO solutions that meet a company’s needs to gain control on their energy spending and obtain substantial savings on their energy consumption. We will study your energy data, the potential of energy savings of your facilities, if installing a BEO platform, the financial aspects of this decision, the installation and the O&M phases.

Energy from Waste

Tiber works as an advisor to companies that develop, build and operate WtE (Waste to Energy) and MRF (Material Recovery Facility) plants.

We focus on developing countries, especially the African continent, where the problem of waste disposal is dramatic and still unresolved. There is tremendous potential in Africa to develop, finance and build WtE plants with the latest thermal (gasification, pyrolisis, plasma arc gasification) and non-thermal technologies (anaerobic digestion, composting). There is also tremendous potential for MRF (Material Recovery Facility) where waste is mostly automatically pre-sorted for recycling purposes, therefore greatly reducing the amount that has to proceed to further treatment and be transformed into energy.
